Unbound Solar turned out to be one of the best decisions I made when I was looking for a “Self Install” Solar company. I looked at several companies before I decided to use Unbound Solar for my needs. As a highly experienced engineer and Nationally Certified Electronics Technician, I knew I had the skills necessary to build a project of this scope myself but I needed a good source that knew their products well and could help me with whatever problems came up during the install and I was under a time constraint. Unbound Solar was that Company! In short order I had all the materials I needed to build my project delivered and I was on my way to an affordable solution to my energy needs! Monica from their sales team was incredibly helpful, despite us being "picky" customers with tons of questions! She was always very kind, cheerful, and professional every time we spoke. She walked us through every step of the journey to going solar with a DIY kit, and for that I'm thankful. She even set up a Zoom call for us to design the solar array live using her software, which was awesome! I couldn't ask for better customer service, and can't wait to install my system 🙂

Excellent education info, phone support in sizing, line drawing for permit and help after I installed myself and got through inspectors. I looked around a lot and was the best choice when you want to save a lot doing DIY but don't want to spend a ton of time with missed parts, sourcing etc and you know it is safe and to code.

It is not often I give praise to a company. Unbound Solar deserves it. Their customer service from the first inquiry to this date has been way above expectations. Even when the freight company lost a portion of the shipment Unbound Solar step up and replaced the missing items in a timely matter. The whole system went together as planned and is generating properly. Great job to the staff of Unbound Solar!

Unbound Solar has very friendly and helpful staff. Their website has lots of great resources to assist with a solar installation. Will Burlin was great to work with in designing our system, I would definitely recommend Unbound Solar for anyone wanting to get Solar for their home.
